Together with the Director of Basic Science Programs, you will provide administrative and supervisory direction for scientific operations. From participating in the oversight of basic science shared resources to helping ensure the basic science enterprise is aligned with strategic and institutional direction, you have a front seat to interface with major stakeholders and make prominent decisions. These decisions allow you to take full ownership of process changes and have long range impact.


In this role, you will seamlessly share the vision of the Scientific Director. Minimum Education

  • MHA, MBA or graduate degree in a related field required
  • PhD Preferred

Minimum Experience

  • Five (5) years of leadership or project management experience required
  • Research or clinical experience preferred
