Serves as key point of contact and project manager for bioinformatics cloud portal. Receives and processes applications for genomic data access from internal and external customers. Provides in depth user training and support to help scientists use our tools to solve biological problems. Gathers usage statistics for St. Jude Cloud users. Annotates and uploads complex data files and other assets, including tracking of uploaded data. Updates and maintains the internal and public-facing documentation for analysis and visualization tools. Regularly deals with diverse matters which require extensive knowledge of the cloud platform. Possesses the ability to handle sensitive situations in a mature and confidential manner. Interacts with both external and internal customers across multiple department/division/institutions and employees. Performs other duties as assigned or directed to meet the goals and objectives of the organization and the department.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Biology is required.
Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum Experience

Experience in Biology, Bioinformatics or Computer Science is preferred
